Trae Young was on the bench of the Atlanta Hawks game last night when he was traded. When he found out, he said bye to the coaches and then went back to the locker room.

I know whacky stuff like this can happen in baseball (one time a player was traded to the opposing team and he suited up for the new team in the second game of the double header the same day), but it's pretty rare in basketball. The NBA even changed the trade deadline because players were finding out from reporters during All Star Game media sessions that they had been traded.

My first Mardi Gras back, I had roommates and we kept buying a new king cake every time someone got the baby. We ate a lot of grocery store king cake. After that year I decided to say no to grocery store king cake. There are too many other wonderful kinds!

Yes, please let me know so I can share my unsolicited opinion.

It's mostly in the shaping of the dough.

Not sure. It was there when I got there.

And I do like Hi-Do. One of the only ones I like filled. Though, I'm not a sugar icing girl.

Look, no one is single on 600lb life. I will be eating the taco! (Or king cake as the case may be.)

Chinese New Year and Mardi Gras being on the same day this year has to mean something.
