I tried a new recipe for lunch this week.
Cold Curried Zucchini Soup from the NY Times Cookbook.
It's ridiculously good for how few ingredients there are.
BONUS: The veggies are cooked to death - no explosive diarrhea for me this week.

I loved writing letters. I was such a pen and stationery nerd. I remember living overseas and using the thinnest, nearly transparent paper so I didn't have to use 2 stamps. I was also addicted to Cranes - I still have my copper plates in case I need to reorder.
Mostly wrote with fountain pens.
