It’s whatever the chef chooses that evening. It’s in the middle of nowhere along the coast north of here. Everything is foraged from the beach next to the restaurant/inn or a farm a mile or so away. The chef on the episode wanted a third star. He won’t allow any noise or sounds in the kitchen. When we made our reservations, we had to agree to two printed pages of rules like no substitutions and no cologne/perfume.

On our European trip, I used a tiny tiny bottle of sunscreen on my arms and legs thinking it was travel sized. Nope, I got yelled at for that.
