We have a neighborhood deer who has started to visit our yard often.

Toothless is terrified of her! He runs up the stairs and watches out the window whenever he catches sight of the deer.

Because fuck me, that’s why. We went for a walk and found other neighbors whose power was also out. The power trucks were already out working on it. Now we’re at McDonalds with a bunch of excitable teenagers with actual “Meet me at McDonalds” haircuts. 😂

I caught my first cold in 3 years, so I’m about as exciting as Chief right now. I think I know who gave it to me. One of my students was blowing his nose with the loudest honk you’ve ever heard a few days ago.
