I'm probably taking the ferry on a Curonian Spit outbound leg but am still debating between a pedal or ebike for the return leg.

Oh crap. I thought you were just taking public transport so I didn't research or mention the picturesque town/city between I think Stutgt and Cologne along a river route that is really worth a stop. The name from 26 years ago escapes me.

My exciting news is that there was a police event on the other side of the tower wall next to my hotel room last night. It may have been an old woman who tossed a rock at a Lamborghini windshield.
