Reford's beautiful eyes and floppy little ears!
I'm on the Oregon coast and I got this cool hay hook from and antique shop in Coos Bay.

Of course. Right now I have three pots of carrots. One in the ready to harvest phase and I pull one out each day or two for Zoa. She's a big fan.

I'm new to gardening, other than growing plants with my students in my classroom. It's been so helpful to me in managing anxiety and in feeling better just in general. One thing I'm learning is to slow down. I planted the seed for this green bell pepper plant back in early May and I am just now seeing evidence of possible peppers on their way.

I got my starters from Home Depot in March and they were slow to start producing.

I have them in a rectangular pot 7" tall and 24" wide. I used potting soil with worm castings and they are in the sun from 10:30am until late afternoon.

We have a couple a dozen berries still ripening. I'm trying to get a new plant started by doing this with one of the runners.
