I don't. My sister is an attorney and has had to advocate for my mother. Her senior living facility have been pushing for her to move from independent living to their memory care. The facility had her evaluated and my sister required that she be present for the evaluation. They seemed disappointed when my mom passed their evaluator's assessment.

Don't let them push you to transition to memory care. Tell them she needs a grace period to adjust to her new living arrangement. The stress of this can have a temporary negative impact on her memory.

Tiny early harvest. I planted one potato in a 15 gallon plant sack. It did well for a while then some critter or insect ate the leaves. I found these three little guys as I prepped the soil to try again.

This year I’m trying to grow tomatoes, potatoes, beans, peppers, pumpkin, cucumber, eggplant, carrots and strawberries as well as a variety of flowers. I’ll take these little guys as a sign of challenges and rewards that lay ahead.

She's doing great. We also started giving her painkillers to help with arthritis and she's acting like a pup again.

Zoa and Suki checking in. Zoa was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. It caused her to lose the hair on her tail and left her with a bald rump, hence the pajamas. Good news is with the thyroid meds, her fur is growing back. The giant rat tail look wasn't really working for her.
