The person whose picture we used, with permission, has a very sarcastic sense of humor. I think she just got a little too comfortable and forgot herself for a moment. She was absolutely mortified.

We had a staff meeting and I went up to present a quick change to our badge system. I walk up there and someone did a catcall whistle. It was so out of character for our company that I was a bit stunned and then just went on.

After one of the women in the company pulled me aside and apologized, she was absolutely mortified! A friend of hers was the example badge and she wanted to celebrate her picture.

All I could think was, that's a bold move to do that to the Head of HR! All soeted, but a first for me.
