She should absolutely be arrested, and not just for a false report, but also harrassment as a hate crime.

Things are happening county by county here. We did expand to my Mom and step-dad to get help with the baby. Both of our households have been very compliant and I think our risk of exposure was low.

ETA: Okay, we have opened up to 2 of our best friends. But, they have tested positive for the antibodies, even though we don't know 100% what that means yet, it does make me feel like the risk is lower.

We went to my Mom's for help this week. Both of our households have been very compliant with the shelter in place order. It was so nice to be with them and get some help. I hope you get a break, too!

I used this site to find my great grandfather's naturalization records. Very cool!

My Mom lived in Midland until she was 7 years old. This is getting to her.

Hey, at least he's not really mobile! One of my coworkers said that they have to remind themselves to get up and move. I'm like shit, I can't even sit down for 10 mins. The cowboy and I are doing our best the alternate our meetings so one of us can chase after her at all times.

Is she back inside? Or, sticking it out so far?

Maybe it's wrong, I don't know, but I started my career doing mass layoff after mass layoff. It just made me realize that our jobs are never "safe" and never trust a company and think you're indispensable. As such, I always say yes to every conversation that comes my way.

It's usually a dollar amount that Leaders are given when the layoffs are a broad reduction in budget, and it's up to them to figure out how to make those cuts. That's frustrating that she doesn't ask follow-up questions. My experience is that it's usually just enough for now and if things don't get better they do another round.
