But I'm from Chicago so I'm naturally think there is always some degree of voter fraud. I do know that some of my cousin's kids who were in college voted two different states - state where college is and Illinois. (yes, they are from Chicago and were proud of the grift)

But c'mon - ID/SSN is necessary to get Uncle Sam/NY State/NYC to take their cut.

I gave it up earlier than tomorrow, but was going to do it for Lent anyhow before Galloway made his pitch. I am giving up Amazon. Not only will I likely save $$, but I need to quell this Veruca Salt attitude of "I want it now." And I hate how they have decimated local businesses.

My uncle was big in Illinois state politics - a staunch Republican that held high level state and local office. Neither Jesse Jackson nor my uncle liked each other at all. Hate might not even be too strong of a word, at least from my uncle's side. Both thought the other person was a crook/fraudster.
Fast forward to about 5+ years ago, give or take. Both he and Jackson were diagnosed with PSP. My uncle has responded amazingly to ketamine therapy. But before that, they bonded over a shared diagnosis and fate. I wouldn't have called them bffs, but they both gained a healthy dose of respect and empathy for the other person. Likely because they actually talked to one another and saw similar values beyond the dx. Shame it took that disease for them to do that.

The plant is invasive and might be everywhere there. Here is a better shot of the fruit and the leaves. They always reminded me of cherry-sized pumpkins
