Both 85+

I don't think Florida has that requirement.

Dadof3 has taken to working at home this time in Fl. I'm not exactly on board with this, but trying to make it work.

Today, he is playing hooky and going to the golf course with a friend. I will have the entire house to myself (well, and Roscoe) all afternoon! I'm gleeful

There should be a mandatory retirement age for Senators, Representatives, Supreme Court Justices and Presidents. And term limits for Senators and Representatives.

They can still have their grubby hands in the power pot if they want to outside their office. But for God's sake, let new blood in there. Its a problem with both Dems and Republicans.

If that is the building I think it is, I'm surprised the board would allow that many cats in there. Rescue or no.

It is a nice building. On 73rd Street between Broadway and West End. Just a couple blocks from where I used to live. A pal lived there back in the day - 26+ years ago. I recognized the hallway from the video and the outside part too.

I'm dreading it - but given the other choices? There is that.

There is already a small uptick in Florida housing pending sales that appear to be directly related to this NYC election.

On the plus side, #3's rent will likely not be as bad as it could have been this July when he starts his job in NYC.
