Been rather crazy here and the ...*waves arm around* everything else isn't helping my mental state. But for the most part it has been a good day. I treated myself to lunch with Salvadorian pupusas and Mexican street corn.

Something I've been dying to do in my ESL classes is Family Feud. Not sure how it would work with breakout groups. If you want a PPT you can edit, hit me up. I can send one that I have.

I wanted to recommend ZzzQuil, but found out it uses the Benedryl active ingredient as well. However, it is the best OTC sleep aid I've had and I used to be on Ambien (famously,.. for anyone who remembers 🤦‍♀️).

When I was taking care of my aunt, my doc re-prescribed it as well as an anxiety medicine. First time I had ever taken the anxiety one, but honestly it was a godsend.

I am hoping that if you choose to go any of these routes, you won't be on them long. Hopefully it will be situational, rather than age, which was the case for the Ambien / anxiety pill.

I still take ZzzQuil though because I've had sleep issues since early 2000s (gah).
