'they' keep saying that the bulk of the stimulus money has not been spent yet. what are they waiting for? or are they spending it in secret. on weapons for obamas security force, building their own bunkers, recruiting russian spetznas, etc. or when the crisis comes will they divert the funds for 'other purposes?'

do you remember what the downed airman said [in RED DAWN] about the nuclear hits; ' those Russian nukes were a lot more accurate that we thought they would be,' maybe that is because they were US [our own] missiles?!?!?!?!
