Well ya know he does have to get some rest after that day or two of work he put in between vacations. Personally I am hoping he will take a permanent vacation either in Chicago or Hawaii....as long as he is not in DC "driving the car into the ditch".

I knew there was something not right about the charges against Mr. Allison. Here is an article regarding the 1st Amendment and how it IS legal to film police when they are on duty. This should be taken to the Supreme Court if necessary...it is a matter of free speech I would think. The man was recording a PUBLIC servant in a PUBLIC area. It may not be a free speech issue but it is one of "who will police the police"? The officer is a public servant and is answerable to the public for his actions. The recording was taken on a public street and many people witnessed the event so what is the issue with recording it?

This man needs to win this battle because if he doesn't it will not bode well for any supposedly free citizen of these United States. If law enforcement can "pick and choose" which recordings to use we are all in trouble.

I predict there will be no primary democratic challenger. The "O" is considered to be the golden child by the black community and if any other dem challenges him they would lose that portion of the vote as well as be seen as a racist by many in the liberal community. The democrats are in a real pickle here as the only candidate they can run is O and they know that he cannot run on his record.

We will be seeing (and are starting to see now) the name calling (racist, teabagger, extremist bible thumper) and the divisive tactics the dems will use to "guilt" the independents into voting once again for O. I do not think it will work this time but I am afraid that it will be the cause of rioting and bloodshed brought on by the vile being spewed out against any one that opposed the agenda.

Keep the faith, pray and keep your powder dry...we are in for the roughest election cycle we have ever witnessed IMHO.

I have heard some talk of this but Trump was the only one I heard was considering it. Has Paul or Huntsman stated they would run third party yet and if so is there a way we can communicate our displeasure with this idea??

I heard this on Rush's show (with the guest host this week) and about ran off the road. I don't care if they call if "Minor attracted people" or pedophilia it is WRONG and any push to bring this kind of behavior into the realm of "normalcy" must be fought. I have not followed the other conversation you speak of but I do tend to lean Libertarian in most social aspects. "If it doesn't break my leg or pick my pocket" is my motto but this one breaks more than my leg...this one puts my children at risk and will not be tolerated.

If the only choice we have is between Unions and Crony Capitalism than we may as well give up now. I personally got into this fight to end ALL favoritism by our so called "elected" reps and to try to get them to understand that the COUNTRY needs to come first and only.

We need to end the "public employee" unions, get rid of "government regulations" that make it impossible for someone to start a new business (especially one that competes with one of the "cronies"), and (here is the hardest part) FIND PEOPLE WHO WILL REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OF THIS COUNTRY...NOT THE SPECIAL INTEREST (and the "specials" come in soooo many forms and names we have an ongoing fight here

That is the way it should be Jersey...even the family of the "assaulted" child said not to press charges....it was just kids being kids. One take on it is that they are trying to make any contact with a "gun" so nasty that the younger generation will have nothing to do with them. Not sure if I agree with that yet but there is some compelling evidence
