If she was walking along the street, and he dragged her INTO the park, and his car was parked along the road at the entrance to the park, and she hit him and ran OUT of the park, it's possible. If he jumped out of his car and dragged he in, she'd know which car it was.

Maybe she works the late shift, maybe she'd just broken up with her boyfriend and needed some "think time," maybe she's a fanatical exerciser, maybe she couldn't sleep, maybe she'd had a fight with her husband. It doesn't necessarily mean she's a hooker.
