Dan brings up a good point, I have turned mine up to 80 and it works a little better but still sticks. Lets hope that OS update comes sooner rather than later.

Yes we have to realize what Sommers is going for here, keep in mind he also did The Mummy series. I also agree that some parts are a little like Transformers.
