How DARE any of you speak badly of the Cedar Rapids Police Department???? Since they were brave enough to install red light cameras, violent crime has dropped 93.2% and property crime has dropped 86.9%. Gang activity is now at an all time low. How DARE YOU! (Source - Sgt Cristy Hamblin CRPD)
