Why build so far away, part of the reason people like that spot was because it was in the heart of the neighborhood. Why put it at or so close to Ellis Park.
Crazy to me that this happened across the street from the "new police station" OHHH yeah - they are only there during the day. DUHH - the crime happens at night. AND WTF didn't the cops make people leave the parking lot before it got that full. That is a hangout after the bars close..I know they can keep people from hanging out there. What were the cops doing that sit in the parking lot after the4 bars close, they must have been taking a nap while o0ver 200 ppl piled into to parking lot that has enough room for about 20 cars...there is something to be said for stopping crime before it happens.
I understand what you are saying. Not only do we all need to try to raise these kids, but we need to pressure law makers to make it harder to for people to sue because someone tried to do the right thing and stop a crime. The whole situation spirals down quickly. People don't want to help because they are afraid of getting sued, or because there is no protection from retaliation. However, I go out of my way to approach of group of kids that have the look of no good in their eyes. Or who are smarting off to someone they shouldn't be. It's a chance I am willing to take to keep something bad from happening.
I'm so tired of these articles about our young men getting caught up in criminal activities. Remember back in the day, when the saying "IT takes a village to raise a child" was true. Remember when any adult that saw you little bad behind doing something wrong, scolded you, then told your parents, and you got you behind whopped. That is no longer an option today, because parents are too concerned with the fact that you discipline their child instead of being concerned that they have bad ars kids. It's time for ALL of us to take our future in our hands and work with kids and teach them how to handle situations and do he right thing. AND how to walk away form bad situations that they don't want to be a part of.

Right I was just thinking the same thing. Maybe the last two were just with the other three, which means they will get charged the same because they were accessories.
All large dog owners should have some experience in handling and training their dogs. Any dog can become vicious. when Pitts are banned and destroyed, it will be Rotts next on the chopping block. Then German Shephards, then Huskies,...and down the line. #10 most vicious dog is the Dalmation (sorry about the spelling) I promise you, if I can make a Pitt sweet and loving, I can make any large breed dog vicious. It's all about training
