Not all of those charges are going to stick. They like to beef up the charge sheet so the smaller ones will get dropped for the bigger ones (or vice versa, in some instances).

Agreed recently spoke to a woman who is on methadone following a surgery and pain pill prescription. Bad withdrawals and physical side effects are daily problems for her. Cannibis causes neither.

True this is a much better idea than when no one would believe somebody could hurt a child. Please remind your kids that if ANYONE touches them in any way they should not that it's ok to tell. While the perps may not get the sentence they deserve, at least word on the street is out.

As usual, I agree with you. Why do we insist on filling the jails with people who like pot instead of the real threats to society like this guy? Perv? Kid killer? Sorry, no room for you. Semi-long sentence but short on actual time served. YAY
