It's all about authenticity. Relationships form, then let the rest happen!

It's true, however that being said although the sites are free, is there not an expectation or level of service that people can rely upon?

Great to hear. Don't get me wrong, there are PLENTY of North American celebs interacting in a positive way, however many are not and don't get it as you state.
Thanks for chiming in!

Hey Julie,

Exactly. The problem is their publicists are pushing to get on the service for all the wrong reasons and worst of all, they leave it to the celeb to "figure things out" The result? One sided, celeb only relationships where the fans and their customers are left in the dark!

Actually man celebs are writing themselves, but the issue is they don't know how to write BACK. In fact I'd wager a safe bet there are a few who don't even know what an "@" reply is.
Thanks for stopping by, and welcome to Twitter!

Thanks Sharon,
Since working with a few well known individuals it's been an eye opening experience as to how they are being misguided on twitter use. For those of us who have been here for a while, having a celeb join Twitter, just isn't good enough. They need to interact and build relationships!
