Great to hear. Don't get me wrong, there are PLENTY of North American celebs interacting in a positive way, however many are not and don't get it as you state.

Exactly. The problem is their publicists are pushing to get on the service for all the wrong reasons and worst of all, they leave it to the celeb to "figure things out" The result? One sided, celeb only relationships where the fans and their customers are left in the dark!

Actually man celebs are writing themselves, but the issue is they don't know how to write BACK. In fact I'd wager a safe bet there are a few who don't even know what an "@" reply is.

Since working with a few well known individuals it's been an eye opening experience as to how they are being misguided on twitter use. For those of us who have been here for a while, having a celeb join Twitter, just isn't good enough. They need to interact and build relationships!
