I have a confession to make: I invented Post-its.
LOVE BBC's Coupling! That porn episode was hilarious too. Most of them were, in fact!
Meee too. I shudder when I think back now. I'm pretty grateful no pics have turned up scanned and on FB or somewhere.
I was on Team Valerie but before that, Team Brenda. Andrea WAS whiny! I kinda dug Kelly and her sluttyness though. All that being said, I still manage to catch the reruns on the Soap Channel on weekends, especially when I'm hungover and still in bed!
Love love LOVE this. After the day I've had, this is the first post I decided to read once I got over here to Crasstalk. I'm SO glad I did!
I'm just catching up on all the content I missed the last few days and this:
"At this point she looks like a malfunctioning robot."
started me on a laughing fit for a few minutes and I still haven't been able to completely stop.
This post was so much fun to read, even retroactively!
This may have been discussed elsewhere already but I haven't been able to spend long stretches of time here, unfortunately, (but the time I do spend is LOVED!): Is there any alternative for donating that doesn't involve PayPal? For personal reasons that are not going to change, I'm rigorously against using PayPal for anything. I'll can do the wine purchase thing, I guess, although I am trying not to drink for a while. Suggestions?
I forgot about All About Eve! I agree about the dialogue - so sharp. It is a fantastic movie. I need to see it again, right now.
Ohhhh I love The Conversation! Which reminds me, I should have had Klute on my list but I don't know what I would have bumped off for it.
I loathe mandatory/voluntary office social events. Many years ago I just started RSVP'ing "no" to the company xmas party and any in-office party events. I'm not the only one, which is nice (solidarity!). It was uncomfortable for a few years but that awkwardness has now passed. When I think back on all those times I gave in to office politics and forced myself to attend for appearances, well, grrrr.
