Not to be pedantic but Sevco are not "back" in Europe they have only participated in one European season previously in their history and I don't think it's fair to saddle the new club with the ills of the old one. That being said the support is still the same, Scotlands shame.

Yeah fair enough, nothing against ground hurling tbh but people are so skilled at rising it now I don't think you are ever going to see it coming back in any meaningful way.

Michael Bond won an All Ireland with a rag tag Offaly team by emphasising a quick moving ground hurling game so it does have its place alright.

Sorry but its far from a simple game. The tactics involved these days have a major outcome on the result, just look at Clare pulling a man back behind the cb against Galway, that one move got them the draw. If it was just a case of give it a lash then Clare would never have got back on that game

I really don't get any of these negative sentiments. The game is cleaner now than it ever was and the skill level and tactical nous of the payers and coaches is better than it has ever been and we are watching things in almost every game that take the breath away. Long may it continue I say, although the over carrying does irk me tbf

Maybe just change the colour? Make the ball much bigger and it will only make catching it extremely difficult. I reckon they should really look at changing the colour of the ball.

If that game wasn't good tell me obe that was. There's a great saying, "if it aint broke don't fix it". Go back and worry about football, that's a game that has problems.
