Cheers MnL.

A good analysis. This is exactly how it happened. They could add that occasionally Katsouranis (a holding mid) was man-marking an attacker, so it appeared that Dellas (sweeper) was playing in front of the centre-halves sometimes.

I also agree that the Czech Republic was the best side of that tournament. I would be equally happy if they had won it.

I wanted Arsenal to win it this year, as Barcelona won it last term and I want Arsenal and Wenger rewarded for their style.

After tonight I think it will be injustice if any club but Barca win it.

Well, then I don't care who wins it. I am a football lover and watcher, not a fanatic. I enjoyed a game tonight and they already won it even if some Mourinho or Hiddink achieve a better goal difference. Though I think they slowed down after 0-2 as (I think) they play Real Madrid at Bernabeu this weekend.

People still remember Puskas, Hidegkuti, Czibor, Kocsis even though Hungary won nothing, but few remember the German players who beat them in the 1954 World Cup final.

Cheers guys. There\'s much more than the Sky News story, so there\'s an article coming up soon on FFS.

All I care about is guitar picks.

Oh, I did not listen to them. I only saw an interview with Fabregas after the game where the reporter said to him \"you\'ve lost Vermaelen for three games\".

I guess this is why Arsenal put that sentence at the end of the report, it\'s not something they do often. As you say, it was clear from the start, this is the rule.

No, I don't mean anything else. Arsenal used the word "expected" because this is what's expected according to the rules and they're not the FA to confirm it.

My wonder is why some blonde reporter of ESPN is more trusted than the Arsenal website.

I think it's too early Lawman. Squads will change, teams will change and anyway there's apparently a huge gap between the two tiers, so you can never be sure. For every Alexander or RJohnson there's a SEB or a McSheffrey.

Long summer days will bring these discussions, I am sure. I remember some of last summer's hot names were SEB, Kightly, Elokobi, Paterson, Alexander, Blake, Eagles, Ridgewell and... Maik Taylor.
