Jesamine's explanation is very well detailed and helpful. Here I just wanted to add the following questions that Laura Silva recommends to ask yourself before and after the exercise to have better results (Make sure it is your memory what you are able to recall):

Before:

1. What is your favorite place of relaxation?
2. How does it feel?
3. How does it smell?
4. Does it have a taste?
5. How bright is it?

Points of reference after the exercise:

1. How did you experience your relaxation?
2. How would you describe the depth of the experience?
3. Describe your feelings of physical relaxation.
4. Describe your feelings of mental relaxation.
5. Describe the images you created.
6. What feelings did you experience during this exercise.
7. What does going deeper mean to you?
8. What does relax mean to you?

Cheers!

Good morning to everyone!
We received feedback from some students to repost this exercise 'Identify Negative Statements' due to the late update from last week.

We also got some questions about how to practice the Long Relax Exercise and get the most out of it.

Here are some questions that Laura Silva recommends to ask yourself before and after the exercise to have better results (Make sure it is your memory what you are able to recall):

Before:

Thanks for your sharing your thoughts Mark, it reminded me the quote of Mark Twain: "Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear - not absence of fear" I believe that when we starting to believe in ourselves and that we can do things happen then fears start to getting smaller and smaller. Like shadows that fade away when light is present.

Hi Suhas,
We just tested again and the videos are loading. We tested in few computers and what might happened is that some computers do not support two videos in one page.
Try refreshing and try to watch one at a time. You can also download the video to your PC (takes approximately 10 minutes).
If you are still having problems let us know so we can find another solution.

Hi Mark, Yes it's true that all which is labeled as 'Organic' products are more expensive since it has become as a new trend but I've thought about and did some research and organic it means also healthy, pure, fresh. We can eat more healthy just creating habits at home. Cook veggies instead of fry them for example. I believe that there are ways to eat healthier without paying a lot more.
