Hi Freebird!

I'm wonderfing if perhaps it is programming for a time when YOU are most able to connect with Source Energy in a new way. If sleep is an issue for you can you perhaps trust that you will wake (or not) at the proper time AND go back to sleep as well. It is also my understanding that this is a technique that is not a daily thing. It is to be used AFTER attempting most other techniques, ideas, etc.

Perhaps others can add more. I'm a newer practitioner. Just felt moved to respond. We will understand this better and better too!

Soooooooooooooooooooooo excited to speak with Laura and all of you! Today's lesson was really awesome. I've so enjoyed exploring my own personal power and at the same time it is great to know that I still have this sort of assistance when it is truly needed.

Because I use a computer white board at work, it works well for me to visualize my mirror of the mind on a similar device. I use the eraser and the software features to erase the image, move it and change the frame color from blue to white.

I enjoyed it too! __ Had a wonderful synchronicity Sunday night. Worked a "case" using some of the intuition and healing techniques. The "client" awoke and had a strong urge to massage her legs at the same time I had imagined moving hands over them sending them healing energy. She reported this to me without knowledge of me doing so. Then I did mirror of the mind and pictured improvement. There seems to be some. Way awesome!__Have a great evening and an even better Tuesday!
