I'm in the same boat. I gave-up most cable news (I watch CNN some during the election season & for SOTU, etc) a couple years ago. I gave-up talk radio at the same time. For the same reason.

I found myself becoming a more angry, judgmental, and pessimistic person. I didn't like that.

Cater misses the point.
There's a parallel though:
Obama is playing the roll of Carter
The Tea Party is playing the role of Barry Goldwater's followers
The only question is "Who's going to play the role of Reagan?"

....and will Hillary play the role of Ted Kennedy? :)

WOW! That sticks SO bad! Similar thing happened to me a couple years ago and it was a nightmare.

...Since its been a few years though I've started to slack a bit on backing things up. Thanks for the reminder to not get lazy about this.

Greg: We (http://TheCommunityChurch.org) are writing and producing a 30 minute Easter play that incorporates modern stories, told in monologue, with scenes from Jesus' betrayal, death, and resurrection.
