Well done, sir. A miscommunication, and an honest mistake. You owned up to it once you found out what the protest was really about. Good on you.

Hopefully, the protesters will better communicate their message in the future if they want more awareness of the issue. However, what can we do? Free the citizens like we did in Iraq? But wait, most folks hated that. And compared to Iraq, we really would have a much harder time in Africa, be it Somalia or Sudan or wherever.

So what would the protesters who wanna save the kids and stop the genocide have us do? I bet most have no idea what it would take to stop these horrific atrocities. The truth is, if we went in to stop it, within a year or two most of these protesters would be protesting us and calling us imperialist invaders. Most Americans, based on reactions to Iraq, couldn't stomach what it would take to save any of these poor souls in Africa, I'm sad to say.

God bless our courageous and honorable men and women who stand in the gap, and fight for our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness! And God bless patriots like Gary Sinise and Jake Rademacher for telling their stories and documenting the amazing accomplishments of our troops.

Thanks Skip for bringing this superb documentary to our attention. I know this is one DVD I'll certainly be buying this year.

Semper gratus

Yes, thank you, General. Outstanding post! Bravo zulu! I couldn't agree more. I sincerely hope that more producers, directors, screenwriters, and actors make more movies depicting our military heroes as they truly are: heroes, that love their country and fight to protect our lives and liberty.

I predict such movies will make far more money than the propaganda films full of garbage out there. Movies like they made during WW2 are also good for morale, at home and abroad. I'll believe Hollywood supports our troops when they prove it. Until then, I'm thankful for men like Gary Sinise, Charlie Daniels and Chuck Norris who really do support our roops.

God bless our men and women in the military, past, present and future, and God bless America!

Good news! Lone Survivor is being made into a movie. I hope it's good. I'm sure Marcus will keep the director on his toes.

It's probably hard to find a Black Liberation Theology Church of the quality he used to attend around the DC area.

Actually, it's the stupid "H1N1" name I take issue with. Why not call it something catchy like "scara-flu?" "Mushu-flu?" Or "let's-hype-how-dangerous-the-swine-flu-is-again-like-we-did-in-the-70's-only-this-time-call-it-H1N1 flu?"
