OMGoodness! You are STILL getting snow?! Bless your heart - and heating bill!!! Sounds like your Spring is going to be short-lived, if it ever shows up at all! :o But I don't know why I'm so surprised, I have lived in ND and AK and winters last 6-9 months...my first winter in ND we actually saw snow in July...summer snow! I couldn't believe it, but good thing is that it melted when it hit the ground...but still!!! :o:D
The Emerald Isle has been on my list of places to visit too!!! Absolutely gorgeous!!! My son and I talked about going this summer but looks like we may have to wait a little bit longer due to his military commitments. :( Years ago I was online looking at houses near the next base I was being stationed at and out of the blue a picture of a castle on a hilltop for sale in Ireland popped up...I still have that image in my mind! It had green grassy fields surrounding part of it, and the view in front was the ocean, complete with fishing boat ramps and docks...Heaven on Earth! ^_^ Like you, I am also ready to pack up and leave Indy. I have been hearing the call of the ocean for a few years, and this BC is perfectly situated near family I barely know. It would be nice to resettle on the coastline and kind of know people upon arrival! That was what it was like when I moved here, I only knew my Aunt and she helped get me situated quickly. :)
You know Rebecca, I didn't get the impression you liked the house at all...JUST KIDDING!!! :D I know how much you love it too and your enthusiasm is very contagious!!! A glass of iced tea, a warm cozy blanket, and sit on the porch swing and watch the sunrises and sunsets over the water...I can't think of anything better! I WANT!!! But don't we all?!! :D More and more every time I look at the pics and see the progression, I can't imagine a better place to call HOME!!! My vivid imagination is filled with getting to know my mom's side of the family and the area she came from, and family reunions, and my grandkids playing in the yard (Easter egg hunt would have been so much fun here!), and that beautiful balcony where I could point out stars and planets to my grandkids through telescopes, and the porch swing where I can reflect and draw inspiration for my writing from that gorgeous view...my goodness, it's PERFECT!!! Someone is going to be ever so very Blessed this fall...I would <3 for it to be me and my family, but I will also be super happy for anyone else lucky enough to win this gorgeous, tranquil piece of paradise! ^_^:DB):)<3 Hope you all had a wonderful and blessed Easter, and are enjoying this gorgeous day today!!!
