I had the same thing when I launched my new site...had the highest day in traffic two days in a row. What is hard is you want to keep all of that...but

I always feel guilty when I am not working. It is the curse of working for yourself I am sure of it.

But I think in a lot of ways, like you said, it is the best thing you can do.
Step away and take some time to yourself.
Laying down could be the best thing you do all day and free you up to create some great stuff. I have to remind myself that daily.
