He is an amazing God. We are blessed in Him, and blessed in what He bestows on us. I know I have been.

Thanks for stopping by to read and reply! These are not easy concepts for us to wrap our minds around. I would suggest praying for all your friends who do not have a saving faith in Jesus. None of us can bring anyone to Christ, we can only bring Christ to them. What we believe will sound as foolishness to those who do not believe unless the Holy Spirit draws them in and convicts them.

Pray for the graciousness of God to give them the incredible gift of His Son that we have received.

Does Satan believe in the Trinity? I think he knows Scripture well and knows who God is. He should since he is trying so hard to supplant Him.

Not easy for us to keep our focus in the Kingdom first and us second (or last). Glad you stopped by to have a read and make a comment!

The Kingdom is within our grasp, yet we await it's ultimate fulfillment. We should live like it is here, but not yet. Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks for the encouragement and glad you liked the post. I do so need to reduce my whine quotient from time to time, but no more than daily.

Thanks for stopping by to read and comment. I like the image of God shaking the tree and all the bad fruit dropping off. We do need pruning from time to time, don't we? Sustenance over success in the physical realm will open the door to the path of success in the spiritual realm as it removes those obstacles we do seem to want to eagerly embrace.

A pirate huh? I'll have to reconsider reporting this on International Talk Like a Pirate Day.

Nice quote about the stuff of earth (even if it is now a Boomer retread). That really is the essence of the struggle, the competition (in our minds only, as there is no real competition for God) between the world and the Kingdom. Hoe foolish to think the world will ever prevail in the long run.
