Ok, I just have to point out something. In general, I love this two-parter though a lot of people felt it was very flawed and overly bombastic. Whatever, I watch Dr Who for campy sillyness most of the time.

The idea of there being a cult dedicated to the Master is ridiculous. Utterly ridiculous. They don;t know he's a time lord! Sure, he's very charismatic and was the leader of the whole country, but it would be like having a semi-religious cult dedicated to Tony Blair or John Major. It's just STUPID. Would he still have supporters- absoultely, the British public are excellent at supporting violent, crueal leaders if we find them entertaining enough. But a semi-religious cult? To bring him back from the dead? COME ON.

British politics can be ridiculous, but not that ridiculous.

Poor Donna, missing her boy. I spent hours telling myself that it was OK and *somehow* the Dr would make it so they found each other again.

The episodes isn't without it's flaws- and the ending for River is one of them- but I tell myself we don't see hyer having wildly exciting adventures cause she's on a break from them right now.

Ireally liked this one, you know. And I felt that part of the Dr's rejection of Jenny was because she reminded him of what he'd lost. Not that he'd acknowledge it. Or even acknowledge that e was wron in feeling that.

Yes, when will Jenny come back? I like Jenny and she could make a great companion once she's matured a bit and come into her heritage.

Season four, although the first of the new revival is a close second just because it brought The Dr back into our lives.

In terms of OldWho I like Kinda. This is related to my Love of the Mara.

In other news, I am afraid there is something I am more excited about than Mark's next review, or even the new series of Dr Who! I am a traitor!

To be fair, the thing is the next elder scrolls game. Note the video. Yes. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYgrh9z0tFA

Nah, it's part of the character. Guns for him are BORING. They're CHEATING. sentient beings are so inventive, so creative, and they can't think of a better way to deal with their problems than a gun?

Killing is sometimes necessary for him (and always to be regretted, even if he doesn't show it) But guns? Guns are just... COMMON. They put life and death into the hands of people who can't handle that decision. Ie, not him.

He's jsut as arrogant as the Time-Lords used to be, he jsut doesn't see it.

It's in character fo the Dr in general. He's always treated UNIT with their guns and their silly earth science in a rather high-handed way.

He's a Time-Lord. They're all arrogant and condescending. He's jsut slightly better than most.

Nah, I'm a goth and we're most fairly cheery, actually. No-one who can mock themselves better than the goths. ;)
