Phoenix, haven't seen any recent posts - just wondering where you are with this today. I'm seeing nothing new in the news except that Dede is openly defending Terri and I believe her because I don't think she would stick her neck out, and she shouldn't, if she knew anything at all. I think we've been seriously mislead, that we're extremely gullible, and judgemental, and there really isn't ANY EVIDENCE that Terri or Dede have done anything wrong. I wish I had left this alone weeks ago when I wanted to because I've literally become obsessed with this. I'd like to hear your current thoughts and then I'm letting it go with prayers for the family, including Terri.
Maybe Kyron was reacting to an "unease" going on in the home. I feel very, very sad today! I'm only seeing repeated information about moving the WOH to another location. I was excited last week thinking the investigation was moving forward. Today, I'm not so hopeful but continue to pray that Kyron will return safely.
Griz, you've made some very good points here. I do try not to jump to conclusions but I'm human and I have opinions. I would NOT make a good juror. I'm much too gullible. As far as these forum go, my only problem is with those who are critical of the opinions of others and the mean, mean way they choose to express their criticism. Also, there is so much contradiction in the news reports, e.g., Dede was at first MIA for 90 minutes, now three to four hrs. James moved out in January, now it's March. It's difficult for us to agree on anything when we read something different everytime we read the news. It's way past my bedtime. I'm praying for Kyrons' safe return.
I've never heard official reports that she failed any of the polygraphs, in fact, I read that she did not fail any questions relating to Kyron or having knowledge of where Kyron is, or who took him from school and that the only questions showing deception were specifically related to her whereabouts the morning of Kyron's disappearance. I don't know what to believe.
I've notice several times AFTER Kaine and Desiree said Terri wasnt' cooperating the sheriff's dept stated that she was or at least wasn't refusing to cooperate but you know her attorney isn't letting her speak.
Sorry it took so long to get back. You probably heard it by now. I can't remember what news station but I read it online during the same time I posted it yesterday. I had heard it in forums but didn't pay attention until it was reported on the news. Prior to that, I'd only heard that she didn't testify before the GJ but was expected to be called back. It said "Prosecutors were told by her attorney that she would not testify unless she was granted immunity."
It's not a valid point. The sentence was misleading, unintentionally, I'm sure. Terri emailed "someone" 2 months ago and that person, now considered, a KATU source has shared that email with KATU. .Soup, why so mean?
The LS told LE that Terri wanted him to kill Kaine. When LS and undercover agent went to her house she called 911 and told them that someone was at her house demanding $10,000.
