the EU don't have to do anything. Their paperwork coming out to companies based in the EU makes it clear that certificates of origin and other administration has to take into account that we are a country outside the EU and be treated the same as other countries. We could have no agreements so that places us the same as other countries with that arrangement.

every time a firm downsizes or has a bad set of results they are going to blame leaving.

it is unlikely she is going to be allowed to lead into the next election given the previous performance but the time after we leave is going to be difficult. Already there are labour shortages and they are not going to improve. European markets are going to be more difficult as competitors there gear up. The blame is going to be put on whoever is in power. Best time for taking over is just before the next election.

if anything from my experience the pacific rim are very tough negotiators. Again we need them more than they need us. They have their own service sector particular to their needs.

the problem is you can't really stop a determined terror attack. When the Russians want to do it they fly in to LHR business class, do their nasty work, dump the spare in a rubbish bin and fly out. When Mossad want to do it they use forged British or Canadian passports and do their work.

In this case it is very puzzling, no weapons, no bomb, wandering around London in the middle of the night would be picked up by ANPR, seemed almost as if attacking the barrier was an afterthought. Had he done any research he would have realised it was futile to attack these barriers. Even hitting the cyclists was random. His motivation seemed strange.

we have very few ships registered here even many ferries are registered and owned elsewhere. Most of our trade comes on foreign registered ships.

ANPR is at the front of a massive amount of processing, everything from VED, insurance and MOT to cars of interest. The Hatton Garden mob didn't realise that their surveys were picked up. processing can look for patterns and flag up anything unusual.
