Dark Eldar are certainly better in that respect against Necrons and Grey Knights - the main issue there being that now you're much more likely to lose any Venoms you have before the demeching has actually happened.

This whole 'new Eldar Codex' rumour of the past couple days is cute - but even if true, it's at least 9 months away. That may be soon for GW, but it's not soon if you play more than once a month.

I don't think it's broken enough to care about preventing, by a long chalk. however, I wouldn't expect opponents to allow it either, and so would never build it into a list.
