I don't follow Fallout Equestria, but I do see her get mentioned quite a bit and have seen a decent amount of fanart with her in it.

Yeah, I think part of it has to do with the fact that not as many people are familiar with the source material. My gf and I both thought the original TBFP of Persona 4 was funny, but we've both played (or rather, my gf mostly watched me play and helped me keep track of what was going on which day). @dzsolidus is right though... they didn't really get to the point where they were actually into the dungeon crawling part of the game, which is what more people would be familiar with.

I'm not sure how much sense it makes if you haven't played the game, but the voice acting is pretty entertaining.

I think they're technically in the same universe as Persona 4 Arena has some characters from Persona 3 (I've only played Persona 3 a little and a lot of Persona 4). Play style is also pretty similar except you don't have to worry about your teammates and yourself feeling tired in Persona 4. Also in Persona 4, you can go dungeon crawling in the afternoons/during the day on the weekend and aren't restricted to a particular hour. I'm also kind of wondering if they used some of the animation from the Persona 4 anime. It's been a while since I played the beginning of the game.

Well, they translated it into subtitles, but maybe it would've been too many syllables per line or something? I dunno. My girlfriend says the translation wasn't terrible, but it was kinda bland. She says she'd have to watch it again to comment further. She's saying the "Tomorrow spring is here" line was translated to something more like "From tomorrow it's spring".

Well, the pro to the song being in English with Japanese subtitles... my girlfriend says she'll definitely be using it in her English language classes (she's doing JET in Japan and is an Assistant Language Teacher).
