Must be. I see a lot of pending comments waiting for approval, most are links, but only a few from HN. I'll whitelist the domain so it stops getting caught after the comments die off from this post.

It isn't in the filter, as I just said. Just checked.

I can only imagine it's the spam filter. I'd go look but I'm working on other more important things at the moment. HN isn't filtered, but the thing adapts to be annoying sometimes.

Also, NO ONE intercepted your posts. Quit whining.

Yeah, I don't know her history, I just know that Ted handled the situation very badly and pissed off a lot of people.

I have no idea about her history with the fandom, nor do I want to. I've seen the great and the terrible sides myself, and like any mature adult, I enjoy the good parts and deal with the bad.

I have extremely close friends who have sold at both. The per-attendee income is pretty much the same. And since BC had over 4x the attendees, well... yeah.

Also being a vendor has nothing to do with getting convention guests. At all.

FYI cons sometimes have contracts written and signed years in advance, but have a release schedule of when they announce things as to not step on other cons toes as well as maximizing ticket sales. Also sometimes guests want to come but have to work around their schedules. Just because someone hasn't announced a guest, it doesn't have any bearing on their ability to get them.
