Wesley's death is the one in the show that hit me the hardest. He has my favorite character arc. The way this character has changed since his first appearance on Buffy, how this man has transformed. Amazing. And with that story in mind, with all the heartbreak he has endured, I found the way his death was executed so well done. It just fits Wesley for some reason. I don't cry that often with tv-series, but Wesley's death hit me really hard. And it still does, even writing this gives me chills.

This finale really feels like the ending of a series, even with the cliffhanger. I find the ending to be so poetic and fitting in this series.

Ik really like Felicia. What she achieved with The Guild and Geek & Sundry, but also really as an actor. Always like seeing her pop up in some show.
She really has that special charisma that makes her very likeable.

Both Spike and Buffy are stronger then we are, so I guess for them the rug feels just like a cosy blanket.

Best deleted scene ever.

I love watching that deleted scene, because it's so awful and not funny. It's good they took it out. I do like Cordy in a comedy-series though.

I just read this on wikipedia.

In his DVD commentary, writer Drew Z. Greenberg says that in his original conception of Willow's confrontation with the homophobic men at The Bronze, he intended for Willow to cast a spell on the men so that they couldn't stop kissing each other. Joss Whedon vetoed the idea because he did not want to portray people's sexual orientation as changing in an instant and he did not want to portray same-sex kissing as a punishment.

I like the change, especially for that last part.

I really recommend rewatching this episode with Joss' commentary.

This. I found it really fascinating hearing Joss talking about some choices he made this episode. Very, very good commentary.
