Yesterday was awesome. The tea party that I am attending is this Saturday; I still have to make our signs. Any good ideas on what to put on them?? I printed some colored pictures of pigs, but am having brain-freeze on witty things to write....HELP!!!!

Well, they want to ignore these facts, just like they are currently ignoring the fact that their messiah isn't ending the endless war (I am so sick of those stinking bumper stickers - now I just laugh when I pass someone with an "End this Endless War" sticker & an "Obama" sticker on their cars.) What about the "Big BO" sending additional troops to Afghanistan? Why is that okay for these stinking peacenicks?

The far left crazies are very good at throwing stones, when they live in glass houses. We will never know just how many American lives were saved because of the actions of President George W Bush; it may not be popular, but I say "Thank you President Bush for keeping to your convictions, not listening to public opinion and keeping us safe. You were a great President and we were very lucky to have you. History will be kind, especially now as people start to realize just how good you were."

Me again...
In addition, we need to figure out a way to get the mainstream media to start playing our commercials. Has anyone else been annoyed as of late; all the good commercials that spread the word about what is happening in our country are played on Foxnews. Well that's great, but come on....you are preaching to the choir. We need to get those same ads on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, etc. where they might actually wake some folks up. People watching Fox are more than likely awake already and know what we are faced with. We need to get the word out to the crowd watching Oprah and soap operas.

There has no be some amount of money that would persuade these liberal media types to take conservative ads. Someone (not me, because I do not have the know-how) should start a PAC and we could all contribute to it and call it the 9-12 PAC. We could run ads that would be based on the principles and how those in Washington (both stinking parties) are not living up to those principles. Whatcha think???

Listening to Michael Steele this morning (he fills in for Bill Bennett on Fridays) I was discouraged with the Republican party. A woman called the show and mentioned some friends that she has that left Cuba 50+ years ago and that they are alarmed at what they are seeing now in the country. She suggested to Michael that the RNC run ads where these Cubans are interviewed about how scared they are at what is happening in America. Michael's response was "we don't want to scare people." I say "why the heck not? That is the only way we are going to get people to stand up for what is right." As Glenn says so often, "blood is going to shoot out of my eyes"...I am so disgusted with this bull.

I wonder if we could start a book club on here. I am reading the 5000 year leap right now. It might be interesting to discuss the many, many, many books that Glenn is recommending. I have a pile of books that I need to read that is up to my hip & I'm not a midget. I need a vacation so I can start really getting through the pile.

I think Elliot is really Barney Frank using an alias. He just wants to make sure the money keeps-a-coming his way. And free speech only comes into play if you want to burn the flag, protest a war, want to kill babies, burn your bra, want your mortgage & gas paid for by Uncle O...that sort of thing. If you actually have conservative principles, then free speech is not an option...you are just a hate monger or a racist or both!
