Retread will support Des Moine over any other part of Iowa, just as he did in the past. Terry is old and tired and would not Govern, only change the laws and tax to favor the Insurance and Hospital Industry that has owned him for many years now. Retread is a lobbyist behind the doors for his Insurance Industry friends check out his past. Terry will not help Eastern Iowa.

I say locate the generator and back up power next to the building or in the building. To add a remote power system will cost 100's of thousands more than If located in the facility it is supporting. This is a design flaw and should not proceed as planned.

Lets move on... Stop the non sense about the buildings that were junk before the flood, a few people can not let the old go away.All money in this town needs to be about improving the appearance and safety of the citizens. Remove the old and build new.

I hope cameras are everywhere. Apt buildings, motels, parks, malls, downtown and in crime areas along with most intersection in town. We need more, because the inner city gang unites use that method to lower the crime activity
