When there are grounds for suspicion that a person has committed a crime or misdemeanor, and public justice and the good of the community require that the matter should be examined, there is said to be a probable cause for, making a charge against the accused, however malicious the intention of the accuser may have been. And probable cause will be presumed till the contrary appears.
In an action, then, for a malicious prosecution, the plaintiff is bound to show total absence of probable cause, whether the original proceedings were civil or criminal.

THIS IS ALL THEY NEED! ? Well I will assume that there is suspicion elsewhere other than TH., OR there would have been an arrest. I am no expert, but there are other scenario's that exist that are equal to blaming TH or there would have been an arrest! There have been a few pictures of others and conferences that have raised my eyebrows about others as well and I have always been on target 99.9% of the time. It could be guilt , it could be bitterness . It could be the 1/100th that fail me. I am thinking after this search possibly Sauvie Island was a meeting place???? It takes time to go through all the pings but perhaps Questions I wonder about are ..who would take their child with an earache in Fred Meyer? NOT ME.. all that could wait! Meditated , this science fair would be a perfect "I'm a good Mom" show. Personally I would have ask Kaine to assist that morning if my 18 mo old daughter had an ear infection/ ache. THE LAST day of school?? A perfect time for looking at a child with special needs as a burden .. summer vacation is spent babysitting ! (Kyron) Which could have been arranged that Desiree could have had him but.. maybe Kaine was selfish with him. I too have seen this kind of situation where a child " Cried his heart out to stay with Mamma" And there was major issues at home with his Step Mother treating him different than her own . Thank GOD above he is now out of there , grown but with terrible memories because his Father would not investigate. There are hundreds of these situation's out there I WOULD BET! and there should be mandatory investigations every year. I think if the state can displace a child from its Mother, they should have to pay for the evaluation. As with Foster parents, all Step parents should have to attend parenting classes or informational classes on the possibility something like this could happen. It is a large burden for a child to bare when this happens. Children are so smart .. they sense unfairness in a hurry. Often a Mother also in this situation can become trapped. Feel Trapped ! I would think Kaine himself would feel unhappiness in TH and both Man AND woman can be selfish when it comes to his/her's/theirs. If at all possible , Babies need their Mommies! They know that Mother long before they do their Fathers. The Maternal bond is unbreakable regardless the Mothering Skills. Children learn what they live! Children often need protected from their Mothers as well as Fathers..but my point is the child does not recognize or understand the deficiency of either. They are so innocent. Both parents know what was going on in that house. Kyron only knew something was different from what was going on with his Bio Mom and the Bio Mommie was more to his liking. If I even had an inkling my spouse could have been involved in the disappearance of my child... that ring would have went with her ! Perhaps he was advised to file for Divorce immediately for custody reasons..? That would have been the last thing on my mind at this time. To involved and with innocence no reason to rush to get custody when he has a year of ROrder in his hands. Kyrons actions for the last couple of years would be what I would see as Pretty good evidence! Perhaps he was sold! I have thought from the beginning he was handed over. One must remember , the more who know, the more chance of being caught. No doubt this was meditated to the Max. Better look at previous days (actions). I myself do not believe there was an abductor. That is just a feeling inside me.

Yes Kyron. Kyron is alive in us! He is coming home and the persons or person who did this to him are going home too!! To the appropriate place they belong and I can not wait for that day.

Lets also remember that reporters make mistakes too. With a dogs nose to the ground , could it have been with out thinking , when asked "what is the dog looking for"? without thinking .. she said "bones" the dog is looking for bones! Isn't that what dogs sniff around for besides other dogs tracks? Just a thought! sigh*

I would be curious how many of Terri's friends or other cellphones of (hit man type of persons phones) were pinged on Sauvie Island during the time that is Unaccounted for. How many of those were friends of Terri's? They say with investigations like this , a person will dispose of evidence at a familiar place. (Someplace where they have been before) I wonder if somewhere in the wheel wells of Kaine's truck there could be like sand , dirt , anything that would show that truck has been in one of Terri's familiar places or friends of hers. If she could not get the landscaper to take out Kaine, who else might she hire in the Portland area to do this job. Surely there is in site to who is available for this. Someone other than a hit man would be looking at that reward and become anonymous all the sudden and collect.! A hit man would Not! He can make more with his title and work than the $'s offered. Terri knows where this baby is. If there is no sign or clue found on Sauvie Island ..I would bet she met her taker there and paid them well. Just might be where she got some of her money ..a give back to keep her Mouth shut and not break! It's very frustrating! What about Truth Serum for Terri or better yet "Water Boarding"?
