According to an article on The Patriot Depot another person has been "detained" by local police in Louisiana for displaying a "don't tread on me" bumper sticker. Apparently the DHS memo is still being read and taken seriously.

I suppose we shouldn't be surprised. Combine this with Hussein Obama's intent to count every illegal alien in the 2010 census and the bill in both houses to revoke the 22nd Amendment so that he can secure his hold on our country indefinately. In a few more months our Country will no longer be our Country. 2010 is too late! What can we do now?

No. All 50 states have already enacted very stringent legislation to address hate crimes. State laws are where this issue should reside.

Here's a great article on the Census and GPS from World Net Daily. It lays out some very scary prospects and goes along with what I said a month ago when one of these little Obamaites showed up on our front porch and very snarkily told me he was "preparing for the census". Check it out!

Hello all... Is it just me or is the stockmarket acting like it's a front for BHO? Up 214 points or some such nonsense when the Dear One stated he was going to seriously change the way Wall street does business, new jobless numbers, going after businesses and people who "dare" to hold offshore accounts, taking over the auto industry, etc., etc., etc. I think Soros and Buffett are having a great time deceiving people if you ask me. There is no way the markets should be even close to up.

Exactly...U.S. military are not authorized to conduct operations inside the United States (unless war is declared within our borders). This is happening in every state with the military conducting "along side" training operations with emergency personnel. I keep flashing back to Executive Orders signed by this and former presidents to enact martial law in case of "crises or emergencies. People should be on the alert to this stuff.
