I have a question for you now.
Lets say, hypothetically, that YOU where able to catch one cell of the hijackers that took over one of the flights on 9-11. Say YOU caught that cell 3 days before the actual hijacking.
Would you be able to face the children, wives, mothers, sons etc of those killed on 9-11 and explain to them that even though you had three days notice and could have possibly saved hundreds or thousands of innocent lives, you instead felt that torture- sorry, water boarding, was not the "right" thing to do because they, (the hijackers), where not wearing uniforms, therefore they should be considered as "non-combatants"? Could YOU live with that?
Listen, in a perfect world we all "just get along", but we Americans have got to wake up!! It's not a perfect world! Many, many people out there REALLY HATE US!!
Have you ever heard, "Let the ends justify the means!" Or how about "Harsh times call for harsh measures!"
I know that to some people that doesn't sound fair. But no one ever said life is fair!
Sorry know_nothing, nothing personal but I have always wanted to ask someone that question, and you was there! No hard feelings!

I like your profile, I too have been in many different countries and sincerely agree with you- there is no greater, or more blessed country, than the USA!!
While Braveheart was inspiring, I am partial to the 300! If you never saw it- you should, but be warned! It is extremely graphic and gory!
I believe everyone should stand for something- I decided my stand would be for LIBERTY!!!

Organize what? Do you realize how much more I know now, regarding the Constitution and our Forefathers, than I did this time last year? The 'organizing' that we need to be doing is educating ourselves and our children! We need to learn more about our history, learn more about WHY we have LIBERTY, and what it cost! Only then will we have a true sense of what 'they' are actually trying to do- knowledge is the tool that we need to stop 'them' with!!

Guns coming through our borders to Mexico. . .Hmmm. It must be true- the media said so, right?
Lets see. . . I saw MP5 sub-machine guns, M-16 Assault Rifles, M60 machine guns and fragmentation
grenades. . . . wait a minute. . . those are the same weapons used by our military! Are you sure they where not given by our government to the Mexican government to help combat the "Drug Cartels" then in turn sold by the Mexican government to the. . . . No, what am I saying? That would never happen- right? Right?
Sounds like 'someone' wants to take away our 'right to bear arms', again!!
Must have something to do with the "I CAME UNARMED- THIS TIME" sign I saw at the Tea Party!
