I agree with you and i do not really like the direction that F1 is heading, Its turning into a motor racing version of the Americas cup. Its a shame to see what used to have a great following worldwide turn into "just another racing series"

Fortunately for us, Christchurch is about 1000km away so it hasn't affected us. It has definitely been a wake up call for everybody though.

The All Blacks fell a bit short last year, This year has got off to a good start though. Hopefully this will continue for the Rugby world cup next year. I didn't manage to catch much of the football world cup because of the times it was showing here, I was happy to hear Spain beat the Dutch though.

I really did enjoy it, I haven't decided whether or not to take it further yet, Its almost $5000 to get to the stage where i can fly solo, Then thousands more for a private pilots license. Its a hard decision.
