Looking at the guest cast, the teams look like

Ponyville: Rainbow Dash, Bulk Biceps, Blossomforth, Thunderlane
Cloudsdale: Spitfire, Soarin, ?????, ??????

Oh? I was sure I saw somewhere that the season 4 finale was confirmed to be a two-parter. If it's not a two-parter, then I'm really scared about them rushing the story with the box in the finale.

Judging from Meghan McCarthy song list. The weird al episode could be 12, 14 or 21. (25 and 26 will be the two parter episodes)

I've got to admit, I think it might be Trixie.
I don't think it's one of the 5 friends since why would they go to Twilight if they are ill. Unless it's a unicorn illness then maybe it's Rarity but other than that I can't think why else they would go to Twilight for help

I wouldn't say she would buck her loyalty if she did choose Cloudsdale over Ponyville.
RD has legitimate reasons of choosing either side, With Cloudsdale being her birth place and Ponyville where she now lives and works.

I'm thinking this will be a flying relay team. So I'm guessing the ponyville team will be: Thunderlane, Bulk Biceps (snowflake) and Cloudchaser with RD at the end of the episode.

I'm also hoping this means lightning dust becomes the leader of the cloudsdale team.

The biggest reason to think these are fake is because of the episode title and the placement of the hub logo.
If these are leaked screencaps, shouldn't there be no logo on the image?

I've got to admit though, I hope these are real. I very much doubt they will kill her off (Are they even allowed to in a children's cartoon these days?) Plus if they do, it's most likely be a "My time here has come to an end" speech

My theory is Twilight is still watching the flashback battle between Nightmare moon and Celestia.

It's only the 4th day of August and we already got a good list of videos for the top ten of August. Just imagine if we keep getting videos like this throughout the month. It's going to be very interesting.
