So who's the establishment now? Can I get a list so I know who I'm supposed to shun? Right now all I see are different sides of the Republican party calling each other "the establishment".

I think you need 36 out of the 50 states to ratify. Also, it might take long to get it passed at first, but it would take just as long for every attempt to raise the taxes each time.

I'd love that, but I'm pessimistic that it will happen. I would love to get rid of the IRS and April 15th in a heart beat.

What needs to happen is have the new tax system incorporated as a Constitutional Amendment, including the rates. Then, whenever they want to try to increase the taxes, they will need to go through the whole amendment process and justify it.

According to 0bama, when he does something right, it was during his presidency. When he does something wrong, then it was the previous administration (Bush's Fault) that did it. Therefore, on that logic, no, Mr. 0bama does not think he's been President the past 3 years, he still thinks Bush was.
