I can't explain why I didn't like the ending to this episode. I'm glad Rainbow is finally accomplishing her dream to become a Wonderbolt, but I just can't shake the feeling that the ending was rushed. It started out with RD quitting, straight to her being let back in. I just don't like how there was no gap of time between these two scenes. They're big moments in RD's life and having them happen so close to each other was just a little to much for me. We go right from her quitting to being let back in all in the same day? It just doesn't sound right. lol Like I said, I'm having a hard time explaining why I didn't like the ending.

She actually quit the Wonderbolts because Spitfire was rewarding Lightning Dust for being so reckless, even though she was injuring her teammates and placing civilians in life threatening situations on the way. Rainbow was in the right for quitting there. If the Wonderbolts can't act as a team and watch each others backs then they're not going to be of much help against any rising threats that come to Equestria. (Spike turning into a huge dragon and attacking Ponyville.) But it looks like Spitfire learned her lesson at the end of this episode.

You're probably right, but they shouldn't be getting my hopes up like that. I still liked the episode as a whole, but that ending seemed a bit rushed. I know they have a short time limit to fit everything in, but it just seemed weird to have Spitfire say sorry to RD so soon after Rainbow was telling her off. But whatever. Can't do much about it now.
