Obviously by the response to your comment you can tell that thinking isn't real popular around here! You either asked an inocent question or intended to aggrivate a group of people who for the most part agree on almost everything.
The reason, as you state, we are so "passionate" about our guns is two fold. Yes to protect ourselves as well as our families. But more importantly it is our right protected by the 2nd ammendment which our Founders didn't feel but knew was neccesary to protect the Freedoms and Liberties granted to us by our Constitution. You see they knew that if "We the People" didn't protect the Constitution that no one would.
They wanted us able and ready to prevent a Tyranical government from overpowering us (I think we may already there, but its not to late).
I don't want to own a firearm to hurt anyone or commit any crimes, however I want the right to protect myself and my family and of course to hunt.

Oh its not fair, what was I thinking, for real I'm almost speechless but those who live in glasses shouldn't throw stones. Maybe they get jealous when others have the same type of setup they have, I'll agree with them getting involved with this if they fix the fairness of average people having a shot at holding office at their level

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW BEING THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES ISN'T A DAMN HIGH SCHOOL ELECTION, ITS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT OUR RIGHTS, WHICH BY THE WAY ONE GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO MAKE IGNORANT COMMENTS SUCH AS THE ON IM RESPONDING TO.
912 ers this is the type of ignorance we are up against, we've got along road to hoe, hope everyone has it in them, I know I do and have faith that just by being here everyone else does to.

Our President as well as recent ones are and have been setting us up for something, not to sound like Glenn but my gut tells me. I try to inform as many people as possibe with facts everyday no matter where I am or what I'm doing, its my duty as an American.
I don't want to be one of those conspiracy theory whackjobs, but the longer this goes on it just seems like everything in the past and what is happening now is to totally desroy us as a nation.
I cry everytime I face the reality of maybe losing all this great country stands for and I feel we really better do something fast, I don't know that we can wait until the next election cycle, who knows what will be left of our great country!!!!!

3) Back to the Gold Standard or metals of value
4) Fire everyone who has violated the 9 values and or 12 values
5) End the lobbyists
6) No Lawyers may hold office of the federal government

If Geithner wants to step down let him, maybe by doing so we could get someone in that actually has a clue and a little credibility. I believe the reason OBAMA said that is because the handlers, and I did say handlers will not allow it, just like they wont let him speak without the tele-prompter because every time he does he screws it up.
Oh I dont want to be one of those crazies but come on, this is to unreal to be just coincidence, to well planned.
I mean for real how did this guy come out of the blue and next thing you know he becomes President. I'll tell you bought and paid for by the same money that has brought our Senators, Reps, to sell their soul to the Devil.

I'd like to focus on voting on their wallets area of your comment.
As I read this amazingly I went back to a conversation I had with a Warrent Officer while I served in the U.S. Coast Guard. She was a really down to earth commissioned officer who would actually engage in a verbel exchange with and enlisted member.
She was encouraging me to start investing in my retirement early etc.etc.
During our conversation she explained to me that she had to be very careful, because of her position, that none of her own personal investments had any ties to the purchasing she approved. I rememeber how matter a fact she was when she said this, she continued that if she approved purchasing of a certain product and that product was produced by a company which she held stock in she could be punished by Captains Mast for Violating the UCMJ ,due to a conflict of interest.
Of course I'm sure it would have to be blatent abuse of her purcahsing power for personal gain.
What gets me is that she was so very commited and dedicated to her duty and position.

I agree with what you are saying, right now this is basically just a blog and if we do nothing then this whole concept will be a complet waste of your time, my time and well actually all of our time. Your right about the million man march, and your feeling like the rest of us that if we dont do something right now it may be to late, and I pray to Jesus that it isn't to late, however we cannot go off half cocked until we are a legitimatly organized group that will have a peaceful protest and above all else know what we stand for as a united group( party). Paitence is a virtue and our voices will be heard very soon..
