It's only saying things everyone already knew to be fair... well, everyone with half a brain cell who is able to think through the realities of Brexit.

... you mean it uncovers inconvenient truths so you'd rather bury your head...

Tell me, what is your plan for overcoming our desire to block ourselves from the markets where 65% of our exports go?

"If the EU want to cause problems"

You mean... if the EU wants to fulfil their international obligations as well as protect the integrity of most important single market in the world...

The issue isn't just compliance with europeans standards and regulations... it's who has done the certification. If a car-part is declared safe in a UK test center, and that center is no longer certified in europe - doesn't matter whether what you produce is exactly the same on the 31st October as the 1st November.... it's going no where.

If the UK were planning to charge imports on EU goods, they'd have had the computer systems & physical infrastructure in place for now. I've seen the work in Calais - new holding areas, inspection bays, waiting areas for drivers, etc etc... not much happening in Folkestone and Dover.

If there is a no deal... which there wont be.... I would bet my house on inbound traffic being waived through (for years to come) - while outbound traffic faces hours if not days of delays.... while N.Ireland - who knows.... it's going to be a mess.

Yes - from the 24th June 2016.... I didn't think there would be a deal as the promises made during the vote would not be possible to fulfil. I also thought the outcome would probably involve the UK waving through data/ products/ produce made in europe but the inverse being subject to checks, tariffs and restrictions. When I saw prominent Brexiteers moving their money abroad too, It vindicated my views.

Plus, good weather, good rugby, good food, decent schools, healthcare and services - affordable housing and utilities... it is a nice life here.

Yes, I must admit I have been a life long tory... but the Conservative party is no longer when I call home.
