Great podcast lads! Crazy to think the season is starting tomorrow night now. Thought I might as well get some of the community's wisdom on my team since my preseason research has been lacking this year. Rookies are subject to teams tomorrow

My team is currently:
DEF: Lloyd, Laird, Docherty, Zerk-Thatcher, Starcevich, Gould (Bianco, Rivers)
MID: Macrae, Cripps, Oliver, Parker, Coniglio, Rowell, Green, Pickett (McHenry, Robertson, Budarick)
RUCK: Grundy, Gawn (D.Cameron)
FWD: Whitfield, Martin, Steven, Smith, Brander, Georgiades (King, Rankine)
$10,000 in the bank

Also 178438 is a league code that is somewhat competitive open for anyone to join.
Thoughts on my team would be appreciated

Nice work work MattyB! Struggling to figure out who to trade out this week with the byes just around the corner

My team currently is:
DEF: Hurn, Whitfield, Laird, Sicily, Hore, Clark (Young, Answerth)
MID: Neale, Oliver, Sloane, Cripps, Treloar, Danger, Stack, Duursma (Stocker, Gibbons, Hayes)
RUCK: Grundy, Gawn (O'Brien)
FWD: Kelly, Dunkley, Boak, Heeney, Parker, Young (Bines, Schultz)
18 trades, $146,600 in the bank

Wouldn't mind getting Hinge in and dumping Schultz, but just not sure what it is the best thing to do.

I agree with what the others have said about Rotham. Can't see Rocky being worth a trade unless you see him as a top 10 mid at the end

Maybe go the other direction, down to Lockhart to Wagner. Could make a similar amount of coin in that time. Rozee will only make $100k if he averages 85+ which seems unlikely

I think it is important to have rookies generating cash early so moving Hore to one of those two would be a good move if you haven't used many trades

Debating on who are priorities to get in this week
My team currently
DEF: Laird, Sicily, Whitfield, Scrimshaw, Clark, Duursma (Burgess, Hore)
MID: Cripps, Oliver, Fyfe, Treloar, Sloane, Walsh, Constable, Setterfield (Gibbons, Scott, Atkins)
RUCK: Grundy, Gawn (Bines)
FWD: Danger, Heeney, Dunkley, Drew, Schultz, Parker (Balta, Petruccelle)
$2,700 in the bank and 30 trades

I'm considering going
Fyfe to Neale
Setterfield to Lockhart
Leaves me with $35,600

Not one for trading out premos but I don't want to make the mistake with Neale like Macrae last year. Setterfield to Lockhart is to give me a bit coin. Not sure on what to do otherwise
Thoughts?
