For the 30th anniversary of the W, the Phoenix Mercury are hosting a reunion of all the Hiphop squad dancers since 1997. I was a dancer from 1997 to 2001. We had practice last night and performed today. I’m so excited. We had a blast last night. There are 70 dancers performing.

That's when we first heard about these "killer bees," right? I've been pissed ever since but today the bees, searching for water to bring back to their hive, "attacked" several hikers on Camelback Mountain. I'm just glad the city isn't planning on relocating them based on the desire of humans to go up the mountain knowing that the bees are there (there are huge warning signs at each trailhead).

In things that are pmo today, "Africanized bees." Have you heard of them? They are "more aggressive and territorial," and Wikipedia redirects "killer bees" to the page describing Africanized bees. Of course, Africa is just comprised of one place. It's a monolith. No individualized geography, culture, animals, insects or fauna. Just...Africa.
