Hope to me is a prayer. You "hope for the best".
Gosh, I grew up where we did not throw away anything. But, then again, we didn't have much. If we bought store bought bread (rarely) that plastic was saved to wrap sandwiches in for lunch for school and you brought the plastic wrap home to use again and again, same as with paper bags.
We really have become a wasteful nation. I read somewhere that garbage dumps can hold tens of thousands of dollars by just change people throw away. I was taught always save for a rainy day, and do not buy things you cannot afford.
Don't live above your means or within your means, but below your means. That way, you will always have.
I think honesty cannot be achieved until you know reverence. I am in awe of God, and in him all things are possible.
The Congress and this President are spinning their robes of gold upon the backs of the American people. Shame on everyone of them and a pox on all their houses.
Congress spends $1 billion dollars an hour
In just 50 days, Congress has voted to spend about $1.2 trillion between the Stimulus and the Omnibus,” McConnell says. “To put that in perspective, that’s about $24 billion a day, or about $1 billion an hour—most of it borrowed. There’s simply no question: government spending has spun out of control.”
----Senator Mitch McConnell, KY you go Mitch.
Newt is brilliant in my book. And he communicates in a way all understands. Go Newt.
Yes, I was reading the about the rumblings from the top, oh, when they begin to "trickle down", I wonder if they will see "trickle down" does work. ha ha
Obama is a FU, and there is nothing any of you Obamanuts can do to change that. He was born that way.
Where is that "seize the moment", where is that epithany. This man is a bungler. What a goofball.
Obama is a liar and he is inept.
