Very sweet ideas.

I'd like to add this simple idea: Give domestic and foreign businesses tax credits for US-based telecommuting jobs. This would give incentives to all businesses to hire in the US and cut costs at home.

Any company that off-shores or outsources US jobs is a national security threat.

Maybe those companies are just looking towards the future. Send all the corporate jobs overseas and then eventually move the whole business home office to the same spot.

We are the creative nation. Let's creatively find a way to keep jobs here. Future generations depend on us.

CEO pay for bailed out companies should be affected by how many employees they keep on the job rolls. For every layoff amount the CEO and all management straight down the line take salary haircuts.

If they want to keep high salaries get creative and keep the jobs in house. If they can't then lower management salaries to realistic amounts voluntarily and heave-ho with the rest of the other grunts.

Force the bailed out banks to refinance to the low rate for any mortgage holder that wants to without closing costs.
