I love your presentation! This looks like the centrepiece of a Sunday family meal, for sure! Theresa

Two great interpretations! I especially love the fritelle. Using the St. Germaine was genius! Theresa

Your chicken dishes have been calling me this summer! I just put the 2 breasts for our dinner into the fridge with this marinade, with a couple of substitutions, 'cause I didn't have everything on hand. Can't wait! (I grated the garlic on my zester straight over the chicken, then tossed in the salt and a bit of water and mixed it up with my hands...I hate washing the food processor) :)

Your weeks looks pretty fantastic at a glance! Except for those dolls. Those are horrific. LOL And that chicken looks amazing...looks like I'll be making another chicken dish recommended by your very soon! Theresa

oh, that's too bad! I had high hopes too! Green beans are one of my favourite summer veggies...I like the idea of this dish, but adjustments are obviously required.

You get full marks for trying and a bonus gold star for figuring out how to adapt the recipe to a more accessible cut! LOL I'm with you, I'll try anything once, but your description of fatty feet encased in skin is making me lean toward your butt option. ;)

Your description of hay days reminds me of harvest time in The Fiery Cross (or was it ABOSAA?) - where the men all fall asleep at the dinner table after working all day -- and that was camp for you? I bet that toughened up your biceps! These kebabs look delicious! Perhaps a few chili flakes to pep it up? Theresa
